Management

The overall management of the company would be vested with the Board of Director. The Managing Director will be the chief executive and will be responsible to look after the day to day management and administration of the company under the Board policy guideline of the Board of Directors. He will exercise those powers, which have been delegated to him by the Board of Directors from time to time. Besides, the management of the company will be assisted by a team of qualified and experienced key personnel for smooth operation of the project. Mahboob Zaman, a valiant freedom fighter, has being recognized one of the pioneer entrepreneurs in electromechanical technology, software industry and in many diversified sectors. He has been successfully leading several promising teams to the global forefront to build up the name of Bangladesh as one of the upcoming countries in the field of different diversified sectors.

With an academic background in Statistics from Dhaka University, he specializes in port and logistics management, banking & micro finance, bioinformatics and outsourcing. He also served as General Secretary: DUCSU, from 1972-1976.

With his intensive hard working, he has made Project Promoters Private Limited (PPPL) a prominent leader in the electromechanical field. His dynamic marketing skills and wide contacts have earned PPPL a number of overseas contracts as well. His emotional intelligence made PPPL to foster strong relationship with partners both overseas and locally.   

He is the co-founder of DataSoft Manufacturing & Assembly Inc. (DMA) established in 2017, 1st computer & IoT device manufacturing and assembly company in Bangladesh. He is leading DMA to the highest growth of progress for making a better life, efficient management, improving quality, saving cost and so on.

His hard work earned DataSoft to joint-venture contracts with eVastra Corporation (USA), CSB GmbH of Germany, TUV (Germany), NEO Global Business Solutions (UK), Primrose Group of Companies (USA), business partnership contract with TEMENOS (Switzerland) etc. He paved the way in forming joint venture IT firms namely PyxisNet, DataSoft-ITSL, Gensoft, expanding the horizon of DataSoft.

He had been elected as BASIS president for 2010-2011 with the vision of taking BASIS to the next level. Under his dynamic leadership, BASIS is working to establish Bangladesh as the preferred IT outsourcing destination.

Dil Afroz Begum started her career as a teacher of Chittagong Art College after completing her Post-Graduation education in Bengali from Chittagong University in 1976. Subsequently, she joined the Chittagong Art College as a Lecturer of Bangla and was there for a period of 4 (four) years from 1977-1980.

 

She has been engaged most of the time of her career as a teacher or trainer in different organizations. She gathered huge knowledge in Training Management in the last 24 years of her career and had developed an expertise in Training Management. Since 1981, she has been involved in imparting and conducting training at different levels.

 

In 1990 she joined Engineers and Engineers, a reputed construction and engineering firm, as Executive Manager. She continued her services there for a period of four years upto 1994.

Presently, she is a Director of Project Promoters Private Limited, a company involved in turnkey projects of Chittagong Port Authority and Bangladesh Railway. Sunipun Embroidery Limited, an automated embroidery factory.

 

At Project Promoters Private Limited, she is engaged as a Director and is responsible for the Human Resource Development conducted both in-house and at various clients’ offices.
